Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted for unused and unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  • For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned or refunded.

2. How to Request a Refund

To start a return:

  • Email Support@theomegahealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Ship the item back to the return address provided.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@theomegahealth.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards and promotional products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Any item not purchased directly through Support@theomegahealth.com.
